Inkurable Stampers ATC swap
I participated in an ATC swap with Inkurable Stampers and I recieved them back today. The theme was to use any of Tim Holtz's stamps.. I love all the ATC's and all the different ways people used the stamps.

What a weekend..
Last weekend I had the pleasure of attending a 2 day workshop with the wonderfully talented Judy Wilkenfeld. Wow this girl sure oozes talent and seeing her work up close and personal was a real honour, let alone learning her techniques and processes of creating a masterpiece.

Though I havent done any more on my book since the class (thanks to the lovely cough/cold bug), I cant wait to dive in and get it done.
Points for me to remember this weekend.
-Dinner with Judy, Jen and Ro
-Dinner with all the girls, and Jen's kiss of death of Judy's glass of wine poured all over Kathy.
-Hotel complaint about me and partner in crime for being too loud..LOL
-Buying stunning vintage pieces from Judy.. Wow she has some seriously nice stuff.
-Seeing, touching and hearing about Judy's Fair Maid of Perth book..
- bookshop in Kew
-Finally getting to meet the wonderful Coby.
After years of chatting online with her through Blue Bazaar..
-Wonderful organisers of the whole weekend, Marg and Kathy.. Thank you for bringing Judy down for us all...
Thank you Judy for a wondeful weekend of inspiration and teaching us some of your secrets..

Happy Halloween to everyone who is celebrating tonight.. Only if I was more organised I would have more to show in my Halloween book. However Mr Owl will have to suffice for now. The inspiration for Mr Owl came from the woman herself Jenny
and the window from the awesome talented Audrey . Both owl, windows and branches are all part of the Collections goodness I came home with from Paperific.

MM challenge @ Blue Bazaar
This months mixed media theme over @ Blue Bazaar is "Texture Paste".
So I dug out those Making Memories dingbat foam stamps and stamped them into the texture paste that I lathered onto a canvas. Waited patiently for it to dry (not) used a heat gun, painted a wash of golden paints over it, a couple of script stamps, flowers, metal frame and of course the queen herself Marie Antoinette, who needed some pearls, beads and feathers and hung her up with a vintage bag holder, no less from France itself. Big thank you to Greta for that too.. The perfect finishing touch for such a queenly lady who probably had never carried a shopping bag in her life.. One can only wish!!!!Love Sarahx0x0x0x0x0

Kit swap ATC's
Here is my kit swap ATC and the other wonderful ladies creations all using the same goodies prepared by Greta. This was one of the most challenging ATC's I think I have ever done, but I love how we all get the same recipe, yet they are all so different.
