Little something special.

I have been working on this little 2" mini book for someone very special for Christmas. Inside will house photos and special little drawings.. I only have a couple more days to have it done and get it in the mail.

Inkurable Stampers ATC swap

I participated in an ATC swap with Inkurable Stampers and I recieved them back today. The theme was to use any of Tim Holtz's stamps.. I love all the ATC's and all the different ways people used the stamps.

Today I recieved this wonderful nicho from PaperForest Designs which I won through my Halloween piece I did for Inkurable stampers last month. I was so excited when Sarah from Inkurable Stampers emailed me to tell me I had won one of the sponsors prizes. Thank you Sarah and thank you to Jo from PaperForest. Rememberance Day

Last Tuesday I tagged along my daughters school excursion to the Shrine of Remembrance. The class entered their fabulous poster in a competition and won. Apparently the reason why they won was because when the shrine first opened, they released white doves. As seen in their poster. Though the kids didn't know that when they made it. The Shrine did a fabulous job of framing and displaying it. The kids got a small guided tour through the crypt and a prize of beautiful books for the school library.

Aussie Dares- String

This months theme over at Aussie Dares is "String." I made an ATC covering it with tiny squares of bakers twine in a seagrass matt feel, added a little Collections beach house, a few broken bits of shell and muslin..
